Occurrence Documents

1: Shows/ hides image window. Note that if this icon is not selected, the Images ribbon will not be displayed.
2: To view the occurrence associated to the item, the item will first have to be selected.
3: With the item selected, select the occurrence that you wish to view that item for.
4: Number and Name of the selected occurrence of item.
5: Documents include item, product and occurrences associated to the occurrence.
Occurrence Document vs Linked Reference Document
When the occurrence is selected half tone documents are associated to linked references (items or products)
The Documents Ribbon
Add: Adds a document to occurrence.
Delete: Deletes the selected document.
Link to documents: Offers the ability to link occurrence to an existing document
Open: Opens the document
Download: Downloads the document
Unlink: Unlinks the document from the occurrence.
Replace: Offers the ability to add a new version of the document already linked to the occurrence.
Properties: Open the properties pane to see details about the document.
Show details: Shows the document list or a layout of documents as icons.
Inheriting Documents
In addition to occurrence documents, item and product documents associated with the occurrence will also be shown here. Note the title in the document pane clarifies where the documents are coming from.
