Image layout is the section where you can contol how images are organized in the PDF reports.
Include images
Decide how many images you want to include. The images will be counted by their position. So if you select to include 2 images, the first two images uploaded to a e.g. room of Item will be included. The position of the images can be modified in the Image panel for each entity (Room, Iten, Occurrence, System etc,)
Hide caption
If the caption below an image wants to be reported, do nothing. If the caption does not want to be reported below the image, check the box. The caption can be found when an image is selected in all modules.

dRofus offers different standard image grids to can apply to organize the images in the PDF reports.
