Modify Rules
You can create rules that check between all logical (Yes/No) and numerical (digits) fields in Roon Data and the Item Data. The type is automatically determined when you choose the fields for which you want to set up the rule. Table 1 illustrates the correlation between field type and the type of rules that can be created.

Select the Room Item Checks in the ribbon within the rooms module to get started.
To create a new Rule, select Add
Select a Room Data field to define the requirements for the room on the Room
Select an Item field to define the requirements for the item in the room.
Refer to the table above on the conditions available when setting up Rules.
Select Ok when your rule has been defined.
Priority is used to rank the rules against each other for when rules are run and will start with the first priority and work through the rules until completed.
