Toolbar Reports using dRofus Web

Another way to run reports from dRofus Web is via the properties panel toolbar. Two types of reports are available on the taskbar, and they are filtered based on the selection made before opening the properties panel. Item and Occurrence-based reports do not need a filter since the selection is used as the filter. Item Selection

By selecting a single item in the Item Module, the filter on the Item-based reports is narrowed down to that single item for the report.

Step to produce an item report from the toolbar:

1. Select the Item Module

2. Select an Item

3. Select the PDF Reports button in the toolbar.

4. Pick one of the Item-based reports.

Occurrence Selection

By selecting a single occurrence in the Occurrence Module, the filter on the Occurrence-based reports is narrowed down to that single occurrence for the report.

1. Select the Occurrence Module

2. Select an Occurrence

3. Select the PDF Reports button in the toolbar.

4. Pick one of the Occurrence-based reports.
