Create Agreement

1. Select the Offer from the supplier you want to sign an agreement with.

2. Right click

Open

3. Select “Create a Contract with Supplier” and the agreement is created

Open

4. Adjust Items and Occurrence of Items

• Change quantity of Item Occurrence in agreement

• Add New Occurrence of the agreed Item

• Move Items Occurrences in agreement to another Room.

• Delete Items Occurrences from agreement

 5. Lock the agreement

• Manually by selecting the “Locked” checkbox under the “agreement tab

• Automatic by creating an order
