Compare and update Instance / Occurrence in Multiple selected Rooms
By linking Rooms/Spaces and Family Types in Revit with the corresponding Rooms and Items in dRofus, the number of Occurrences of Items can be verified and compared across multiple selected Room (or Space) in Revit using the "Items in level/model" Panel. This panel presents a side-by-side comparison of the number of Items in the dRofus Rooms and the number of Items in the selected Revit Rooms. This process helps to ensure that the correct number of Items planned in dRofus accurately populates the Room in Revit
Access:
Select "Items in level/model" in the dRofus Add-On ribbon:
View options
The user settings have an impact on the list, therefore can information within the list vary between different users in the same project. Select “Options..” to edit the view settings.
The active attribute configuration have a impact on the linking between Room in dRofus and Revit and the Revit Family Type and Item in dRofus

View Instance vs Occurrences
1.“Type”: Select if you would like to compare Instance in Revit Room or Space with Room or Room Template in dRofus
2. Revit filter: Select which Room you would like to include in the overview
3.Show: Select which Occurrences you will like to show include in the overview
4. dRofus Filter: You hava an option to select a parameter in dRofus as a filter.
5. Select “Run”
A list will be generated based on your selection
You can keep this Panel open. The list will refresh whenever you select "Run"
Update quantity to selected Items
Select Items you would like to update. You can select one or multiple select several Item.
Right click
Select if you would like to update the quantiy in dRofus or Revit.
A messenger will appear and ask if you are sure.
Update quantity to all Items in the list
If you would like to match all Items in the list at the same time, you can use:
a) Update Revit: Change the quantity of Revit Instance to matche Item Occurrences in dRofus
b) Update dRofus: Change the quantity of Item Occurrences to matche Revit Instance in dRofus
Synchronize data without updating quantity
Select “Sync Data” to update the Items in the list without updating the quantity. The synchronizing will be based on the active Occurrences/ Instance Configuration.
Export list
Within this Panel you are able to display and export a Report as well as address variations between Modeled and Planned. Export list either by:
Right click within the list and select “Export to excel”
Select “Export”
