As an administrator, you can change how dRofus behaves regarding room and item numbering and many other aspects of the database. This is done in the Settings available from Home→ Settings.
If you, as admin, make changes to project settings like Dynamic Forms - GUI or Project and Database Administration be sure to select the API/Web/Reports Server: Clear cache to ensure your changes are pushed to all our services.
