Existing Items

A building owner might own products that can be reused in the the project. In dRofus we call these product existing Items.

Existing or transferable Items can be:

• Registered trough an imported or individually entered into a dedicated Existing Item register in dRofus.

• Associated to planned Items within Rooms.

Example on workflow:

1. Register all Existing Items which are to be relocated

2. Decide whether the Existing Items can be used to represent Occurrences of Items in the Project, establish a one to one relationship to planned Item and relocated Existing.

Net and Gross quantities are automatically adjusted to represent new and relocated quantities.
