Linked ArchiCAD Zones Status

To access the Link Status dialog (which provides a detailed overview of dRofus Rooms, ArchiCAD Zones and their linked status) select Show Linked Zones Status Report within the dRofus Menu:

You can also access the Link Status dialog by clicking on the magnifying glass symbol  within the Synchronize Zones dialog (see Synchronize ArchiCAD Zones):

The Link Status dialog lists the link status of all ArchiCAD Zones and dRofus Rooms in the project:

The Link Status dialog is divided in to three lists:

• Linked – in dRofus and ArchiCAD: x: Lists all the linked dRofus Rooms as well as the corresponding ArchiCAD Zones.

• Not linked – in dRofus only: x,or duplicate in dRofus: x: Lists all the dRofus Rooms that are not linked with ArchiCAD Zones, either due to there being no match of key values or there are the same key values in two or more dRofus Rooms.

• Not linked in ArchiCAD only: x, Duplicates: x: Lists all the ArchiCAD Zones that are not linked with dRofus Rooms, either due to there being no match of key values or there are the same key values in two or more ArchiCAD Zones.

Within all the above three lists, you can right-click to Add/remove columns or Export to Excel. Columns can be filtered by selecting the filtering icon.
