To get access the Link Status dialog - i.e., a detailed overview of dRofus roomsRooms, ArchiCAD zones Zones and their linked rooms status, go to dRofus-> "Show linked zones status report" in the dRofus menu. Linked Zones Status Report" within the dRofus Menu:
You can also access the status report Link Status dialog by clicking on the magnifying glass symbol ( 
) in the synchronization window within the Synchronize Zones dialog (see Synchronize ArchiCAD Zones). The main advantage of using the synchronization window for this purpose is an ability to set a filter on rooms in dRofus (described in Synchronize ArchiCAD Zones). The Link Status dialog lists the link status of all rooms ArchiCAD Zones and dRofus Rooms in the project.:
The zone status report Link Status dialog is divided in to three lists:
- Linked – in dRofus and ArchiCAD: x: Shows linked rooms Lists all the linked dRofus Rooms as well as the corresponding ArchiCAD Zones.
- Not linked – in dRofus only: x,or duplicate in dRofus: x: Shows Lists all the rooms in dRofus Rooms that are not linked with ArchiCAD zones. Either because there is no key value matchesor there are duplicate Zones, either due to there being no match of key values or there are the same key values in two or more dRofus Rooms.
- Not linked – in ArchiCAD only or duplicate in ArchiCAD: Shows zones in ArchiCAD : x, Duplicates: x: Lists all the ArchiCAD Zones that are not linked to dRofus rooms. Either because there is no match on with dRofus Rooms, either due to there being no match of key values or duplicate there are the same key values in two or more ArchiCAD Zones.
In Within all the above three lists, you can right-click and either addto Add/remove columns or export the list Export to Excel.
