Update Offered Item specification

The planned Items specification are copied to the offered Items. You are able to update the offered Items specification.

Any changes made to the planned Item specification after it has been registered in a tender will not be reflected in the Offered Item specification.

  1. Select Offered Item

  2. Right click

  3. Select “Open Item Data” and the window below will appear

4. Update specification

[*] Indicates that the specifications in the offered Item deviates from the planned Item

 

Display offered Item specification in the Item module

You are able to display the offered Item specification in the Item module. In the Item module you would find offered Items as Products.

  1. Go to the “Items” Module

  2. Select Icon to Display Products

  3. Select Item.

If you use searching field to find the Item, you would need to delete the search before you can see the product.

4. Right click on the Product.

5. Select “Open Product”

6. Red line indicates that the product specification deviate from the planned Item
