Some of the lists (such as the room list) allow you to select several rows at once, then run an action on all simultaneously.

Multiple select rooms and edit e.g. Properties

It is also possible to select several rows at a time by clicking on the first row you want to select, then press down and hold the Shift key and click on the last row you want to select. If you want to select several rows which are not necessarily in consecutive order, you can press down and hold the Ctrl key while you click on the rows you want to select. This can also be combined with the method above. Once you have selected a number of rows, you can right-click on one of the selected rows and run desired action, or chose options from the ribbon menu.

The example above shows a user who wants to change properties for four rooms in one action. Instead of performing this operation for each office at a time, the user selects all the rooms, activate which property to change and execute the action for all four rooms.

When working in lists you can open selected entety is to either double-click or use short cut key ENTER. This will open e.g. a room or an item.
