To be able to add Items to a Tender you first need to add Items to the Procurement module:

  1. Create Item. Add link

  2. Create occurrence of an Item by adding it to a Room

  3. Create Tender Groups

  4. Add Priorities to Items Occurrences

  5. Add or Move Items to an Tender Group:
