Overview

Overview of occurrences of an Item you will see:

• Occurrences marked with an icon indicating the stage in the procurement process

• Item with Occurences in different stages, will be marked with the icon to the occurrence which has reached the highest stage of the process and displayed with a red exclametion mark

Overview of procured equipment in a room

Users can view an individual room and gain an overview of all the items which are or have been linked to a room during the procurement process. The quantity for the different stages is displayed along with information on where an occurrence may have been moved from or to. To open this overview, right click on an occurrence and select Equipment in room (procurement).
