Overview

dRofus allows users to follow items linked to a room through every stage of the procurement process. Throughout the entire process, users work with this unit which we refer to in this document as an occurrence. An occurrence is a specific article linked to a specific room. It has a volume and is also linked to a priority specification in the planning stage. As opposed to occurrences, all components of the same items with the same priority in the same room are processed as one unit.. Every stage of the process (tender, agreement etc.) provides an overview of occurrences. These are also presented at aggregate level (i.e. per item) but this is for display only and the program will always work with the individual occurrences. The occurrences will be marked on the lists Overview of occurrences of an Item you will see:

  • Occurrences marked with an icon indicating the stage

...

  • in the procurement process

...

  • Item with Occurences in different stages, will be marked with the icon to the occurrence which has reached the highest stage of the process

...

  • and displayed with a red

...

  • exclametion mark
