In the same way as in the room overview, the Item overview will be in IFC view mode when you are connected to an IFC source. You can go in and out of this view from the menu IFC> Show IFC data.

  1. Under each Item group, all Items will appear as usual in this group. An icon indicates if the Item is in the model or not:

The Item is not in the model but is marked For the drawing*.

When no icon is displayed, this indicates that the Item is not in the model and that it is not marked For the drawing.

    Image Modified

The Item is in the model and is linked to the Item in dRofus.

  2. The report "Items only in model" lists all Items not found in the database. "All Items in the Model" lists all Items that were found in the model. These are grouped in the tree by object type.
  3. This window displays all properties and property sets associated with the selected item or occurrence. If there are more objects for the current selection, you can navigate between them with arrows at the top right.
  4. The top list displays items for the selected group or for one of the points in (2). The icons under (1) illustrate whether they are connected to the object model or not.
  5. The occurrence view can be turned on from the toolbar. This shows in which rooms the selected Item in (4) is in. In the IFC view, the list will have a column for "Number" which is the number planned in dRofus and a column for "Number in model" which displays the number of this object found at the designated room in the model. You can see the properties of these objects in the properties view to the left. Icons for each occurrence also illustrate the relationship between the program and the model:

A number of these Item is planned in the room with but the number in the model does not match the program or the object was not found at this room in the model.

An occurrence exists in the model that is not in the program.

    Image Modified

The occurrence and number do not match between the model and program.

  6. You can turn on the 3D view from the menu Items> IFC> Show 3D viewer. If you highlight an Item and there is representative data on it, or on one of the occurrences, this will be displayed in the 3D View window.
