The Ribbon menu will show all available options/actions you can do for selected entity. E.g. if you select a room in the room list, the ribbon menu will highlight the available options for you:
In the image above a room is selected in the list. The ribbon menu (highlighted in yellow) will show active options in black. De-active options are in grey.
Right-click: An alternative way of finding available options/actions is to right-click on a record, for e.g. a Room. The set of options available upon a right-click is called the Context Menu. These options within the Context Menu are the same as those you see within the Ribbon.
