Note that the configuration named "Default" cannot be edited, deleted or renamed, but you can create your own version of this by selecting it and clicking on "Copy".

Link attributes

  1. Select the dRofus Attributes that you would synchronize data to / from (which have not already been mapped within the current configuration).

  2. Select the IFC attribute that you would synchronize data to / from (which have not already been mapped within the current configuration).

  1. Select:

    • [Link ←] to import data from the IFC-file to dRofus

    • [Link == ] to select as Key attribute used for comparing.

    • [Link -->] to import data to the IFC

    • [New -->] to create new attribute in the IFC and import data to the IFC read more in the section “create new attribute in IFC” bellow

  2. All the mapped dRofus Attributes <-> IFC Parameters within the current configuration would be listed.

Remove a mapping:

  1. Select a mapping within the list of linked Attributes / Parameters

  2. Select "Unlink".

Create new attributes in IFC

Data can be sent from dRofus to the IFC file even if the corresponding attribute is not available in the IFC file. Select a dRofus property on the top-left section and select New--> as action. A new window will appear where the Property set name and Property name for the new property in IFC can be defined.

Creating new properties in IFC is available for following IFC configurations;
