After you have logged in and set configuration for rooms, select a room in the model. If the room is linked (share a common key attribute set by your configuration), the dRofus panel will display all properties for the room stored in dRofus;
From within the dRofus panel you can browse through Properties, Items in room, Documents, Images and Logs for the selected room. If you need to access to more relating data for the selected room or need quick access to dRofus WEB, select the icon as described in the image below.
Who can edit properties for the rooms are defined by the users access level to the connected dRofus project.
