The delivery module has its own search function which you can use to search for occurrences/individuals in delivery, based on specified criteria. This function can be used to produce residual lists by searching for equipment with a specific status, lists of occurrences/individuals for follow-up within a specific period of time, lists of equipment from specific suppliers etc. The search result can easily be exported to MS Word or Excel for formatting or printing.
To open the search window, select Search, items in delivery from the toolbar or press Ctrl+F.
Using the search window, you can search for occurrences/individuals in specific orders, agreements or from specific suppliers. You have to use * as the wildcard in your search term. The same applies to searches for items, room and bar codes. All the fields will search both by name and number. There are separate search fields for searching for units marked for follow-up, person responsible and periods of time.
By selecting one or more statuses, you can search for units with specific status.
