To include Notes, Images, or Documents in a report, start by including them in the report by checking the box next to these content sections.

Notes

Notes from a project can be included based on the report. For example, a room with a note can be included in a Room Details report. By default, the background in the report will have a yellow color.

Images

Images from a project can be included based on the report. For example, a room with an image can be included in a Room Details report. All images will be included by default if no maximum number of images is defined. Captions will be included unless the hide caption is turned on.

Edit Images

Select Edit next to the Images content to modify options.

Include Images

By default, All images are selected. To limit the number of images, select Maximum number of images and pick the number that should be limited across the whole report.

Hide caption

By default, an image with a caption will be included. To exclude them from a report, check the box next to Hide caption.

Image layout

We offer six different layout options to support the sizing and location of images when one or more images are included in the reported content. The numbers in the image layout represent the image order defined in the source content. If the image order should adjust, change the image order in the source content. 1. The first layout is the default; it will limit the images to the full width or height on the page where it is reported. If the image is larger than the paper size, it will be reduced to fit so it does not extend off the page.

2. The second layout leaves the first image as the default full size. The subsequent image's width will be half-size and centered after the first image.

3. The third layout leaves the first image as the default full size. The subsequent image's width will be half-size and divided into two columns starting with the second image in the first column, followed by the third image in the second column, and continuing in that sequence for the next row. Images may not line up across columns if the image's height exceeds the width.

4. The fourth layout leaves the first image as the default full size. The subsequent image's width will be thirds-size and divided into three columns: the second image in the first column, the third image in the second column, the fourth image in the third column, and continuing in that sequence for the next row. Images may not line up across columns if the image's height exceeds the width.

5. The fifth layout reduces the first image to two-thirds of the page. The second and third images stack as a second column using the remaining one-third of the page. The second row repeats that same sequence, reducing the fourth image to two-thirds of the page, and the fifth and sixth images stack as a second column using the remaining one-third of the page. Images may not line up across columns if the image's height exceeds the width.

6. The sixth layout reduced all image widths to half-size. It also creates an evenly split two-column format where the first and second images are on the first row, followed by the third and fourth images on the second row.

7. The seventh layout reduced all image widths to thirds-size. It also creates an evenly split three-column format where the first, second and third images are on the first row, followed by the fourth, fifth and sixth images on the second row.
