From the rooms module, all of the room reports are available under Import/Export  -> PDF reports and Excel export:

Each PDF report has the option to report all rooms or make limitations to the rooms that are to be exported.

• No restriction chosen: All rooms in in the project will be included

• Only selected rooms: Only the rooms you have selected in the list will be included

• Only selected room function: Only rooms in the function/sub-function you have selected will be included.

• More options: Will open a dialogue where additional options to limit or expand the report are available.

Custom reports created for Rooms will be listed in the end of the list of available reports.

Export to Excel will export all rooms in the list to Excel, with the columns that are visible in the Rooms List.
