User Rights that is assigned for the Add-On will be the same as those assigned for the dRofus desktop application.
As an example, if you are assigned "Read Only" Rights for Rooms in dRofus desktop application you will only be able to write information to Revit Add-On from dRofus Client. You will not have permission to write information to dRofus Client from Revit Add-On.
You will require Project Administrator Rights in dRofus, in order to be able to create new configurations, copy / rename / edit / delete existing configurations within the "Attribute configurations", as well as make changes within "Options".
