When a Revit Family Instance (the Family Type of which has already been linked to a corresponding dRofus Item Type + the Instance of which has already been linked to a corresponding dRofus Item Occurrence) is selected, the following icons will be available within the dRofus Panel:

- Sync: Enables you to carry out a synchronization of data between the selected Revit Family Instance and the corresponding (currently linked) dRofus Item Occurrence using the Active (or Default) Instance/Occurrence Configuration. More about syncing Family Instance data with Item Occurrence data within the Items in Room or Level / Model dialog can be found here: Sync Family Instance Data with Item Occurrence Data.
- Link: Opens up the dialog for Planned Occurrences in dRofus (for the dRofus Item Type that corresponds to the selected Instance's Revit Family Type) where you can Link the selected Revit Family Instance to another dRofus Item Occurrence or Unlink the selected Revit Family Instance from the (currently linked) dRofus Item Occurrence.
- Unlink: Allows you to Unlink the selected Revit Family Instance from the (currently linked) dRofus Item Occurrence.
- Open: Has the following options:
Open in dRofus: Opens the selected Revit Family Instance's corresponding dRofus Item Occurrence within dRofus Client
Open Item in dRofus: Open Item in dRofus for selected Revit Family Instance
Open in dRofus web: Opens the selected Revit Family Instance's corresponding dRofus Item Occurrence within dRofus Web (if you are not already logged in to the Database within dRofus Web, you will be prompted to log in)
Copy dRofus link: Copies the selected Revit Family Instance's corresponding dRofus Item Occurrence's URL link within dRofus Client
Copy web link: Copies the selected Revit Family Instances's corresponding dRofus Item Occurrence's URL link within dRofus Web - Upload image: Allows you to generate then upload an Image of the Revit Family Instance against the corresponding dRofus Item Occurrence
- Items in Room: Opens up the Items in Room dialog for the Revit Room in which the selected Revit Family Instance is occurring
