The ImportWith “Import/Update Items function can now Items” it is possible to import and update Item Classifications to Items. The Classification must exist in the database before Items can be imported/updated to the specific classification.
Item information can be updated from Excel. To view the fields which can be updated, go to dRofus->Import/update->Update Item. First, generate a list of Item by searching in the Item register, or by selecting a main level or sub level. You use the * wildcard in the quick search function then press Enter to generate a list of Item. If you want to include several fields in the export, right-click in the room list and select Add/Remove columns. Select the fields you want to see and click OK. Once you are satisfied with the display in the Item register, select a line in the list and export to Excel by pressing Ctrl+E. You can now make changes to the fields in question, save the document and update it by using the Update Item function
