A user can add a custom PDF Report Title by adding the desired title in the 'User defined title' field.
title and subtitle to the PDF.
Note that the User Defined Title and Custom subtitle will not affect the report name as it is shown in the report list in the Reports and exports module, but will only affect the generated PDF report;
