This report lists all products with Number, Name, Model, Make, Responsibility, Manufacturer, Supplier, and Unit price by default, but any available field in products can be added.

Filter and Order

We provide nine filters by default, Number, Name, Model, Make, Responsibility, Supplier: Name, Manufacturer: Name, Item: Name, Item: Item Number. If more filters are needed, select Add more filters.
The order of the products is by default set to Number.

Report Content

We show eight columns with the following column widths: Number (10%), Name (*), Model (10%), Make (10%), Responsibility (10%), Manufacturer (15%), Supplier (15%) and Unit price (10%) which can be adjusted to include any room fields. The asterisk * denotes no width defined and is what is left over, making up 100% after using the columns defined with a width.

More options

Report titles are defaulted to match the original name of the built-in report, but they can be overwritten. 
Report subtitles can be defined but are empty by default. 
The Paper size defaults to A4 but can be modified to A3, Ledger, Letter, and Tabloid. 
Page Orientation is defaulted to Landscape but can be modified to Portrait, but keep in mind that column widths may need to be adjusted. 
The report output format is defaulted to PDF. In older reports, there are other options (see Format)

フィルタと順序

デフォルトでは、番号、名前、モデル、メーカー、責任、サプライヤーの、9つのフィルタを提供しています：
名前, メーカー： 名前, アイテム：名前, アイテム：アイテム番号。
さらに、フィルタが必要な場合は、”Add more filters (フィルタの追加)” を選択します。
製品の順序は、デフォルトで “Number (番号)”に設定されています。

レポート内容

次の列幅で、8つの列を表示します：
番号(10%), 名前(*), モデル(10%), メーカー(10%), 責任(10%), メーカー(15%), サプライヤー(15%), 単価(10%です、
この幅は、どの部屋のフィールドも含むように調整することができます。
星印の* は幅が定義されていないことを表し、幅が定義された列を使用した後に、100％を構成するために残る部分です。

その他のオプション

レポートのタイトルは、デフォルトでは、組み込みレポートのオリジナルの(元の)名前と、一致しますが、
上書きすることができます。
レポートのサブタイトルは定義できますが、デフォルトでは空になっています。
用紙サイズのデフォルトは、A4ですが、A3、台帳、レター、タブロイドに変更できます。
ページの向きは、デフォルトでは横向きになっていますが、縦向きに変更することもできます。
レポート出力形式 (フォーマット)は、デフォルトでPDFに設定されています。
