Report over This report includes room function data per room function with function program. If you don't make any limitations, all Room functions will be included. If you make limitations, only the chosen no filters are used all room functions will be included with all function data.
Filters
Room Function:
Filter report to only show Function Data in from the selected Function
Fields/ Chapters: Filter report to only show portions of the Function Data.
Report Setup
Include Notes/ Comments: If checked, report will show Notes
Include Images: If checked, report will show images.
Report Output
The Function Data Report includes a cover page, table of contents, and reports Function Data associated to Functions.
