A field can be converted to another field type. To convert a field, select field and press “Convert to” either from the top menu or the right click context menu. Select the field type you wish to convert to.

When converting a field to another field type you may loose data. Some fields are not compatible with each other. For example, if converting a text field to a numeric field, the values cannot be transferred to the new field type. |
