This should only be used to update a one-to-one relationship between dRofus Occurrences and instances in Revit. This means that it is not recommended to sync planned Items in Rooms, but is best suited for syncing Systems or Items as Doors |
Before instance and occurrences can be synchronized you need to:
Sync Selected Instance
Step 1: Select Instance
Step 2: Open “Sync Selected Instance” window
In the drop-down-menu located in the “Systems/ Ocurrences” section within the ribbon select either:
a) “Sync Selected Instances (no prompt)” to start synchronizing.
b) “Sync Selected Instance” to see the synchronization options before starting to synchronize:

Step 3: Select Options in the”Sync selected” window
Select “Move Occurrences to this model” if you would like to update the model name. Read more Split model and Update Model Name on Occurrences
Select “Use system types” if you would like to sync your system on System Type level and not “System Name”
Verify that the right configuration are in use
Select “Categories” of Family Types that should be included in the sync.
Select “Ok”
Prior to the completion of the synchronization process, a preview of the occurrences that will be created and updated (refer below) will be provided to you. This preview will enable you to assess the extent of the operation before finalizing it.

インスタンスとオカレンスを同期させる前に、次のことが必要です:
選択されたインスタンスの同期させる
ステップ 1: インスタンス選択
ステップ 2: “選択したインスタンスの同期 (Sync Selected Instance)”ウィンドウを開く
リボン内の “システム/オカレンス (Systems/ Ocurrences)”セクションにあるドロップダウンメニューで、次のいずれかを選択します:
a) “選択したインスタンスを同期 (プロンプトなし | no prompt)” で同期開始します。
b) “選択したインスタンスを同期 "で、同期オプションを確認してから同期を開始します:

ステップ 3: ”選択された同期 (Sync selected)” ウィンドウでオプションを選択します。
モデル名を更新したい場合は “このモデルにオカレンスを移動 (Move Occurrences to this model)”を選択します。詳しく見る モデルを分割しオカレンスでモデル名を更新
"システム名 (System Name) "ではなく システムタイプ レベルでシステムを同期させたい場合は "システムタイプを使用 (Use system types)"を選択します。
正しい構成が使用されていることを確認します。
“Categories” 同期に含めるべきファミリタイプの “カテゴリー (Categories)”を選択します。
"Ok "を選択します。
同期処理の完了に先立ち、作成および更新されるオカレンスのプレビューが表示されます (下記参照）このプレビューで、操作の程度を把握した上で最終決定することができます。

6. “続行 (Continue)”を選択すると、選択したインスタンスが同期されます。
同期が完了しました。
