Numerous reports are available, and it is easy to lose control of the different types and from where they are generated. As the reports change and new reports constantly emerge, we do not have a complete list of available reports. Below are some examples of the reports available in the different categories in the report overview. The best method is to try out the different reports so that you can become familiar with them.

These report provide a list of room templates and contains information related to room templates. It includes Room Data templates, equipment list templates, covering templates. The program also has separate log reports for room templates. You will also find lists of the rooms which are, in one way or another, linked to a room template. A special report is also available for listing rooms with derived Room Data values and their original standard values.

Favorites
Any report can be tagged as a favorite report. Select “Add favorite” in the top right of any report to make it your favorite. Select “Add shared favorite” to share it with others AND make it a favorite for anyone on your project. Go to Favorites to learn more about this feature.

Project Reports
When any report is saved to a project, it will show under Project Reports. Unless they are also shared, these reports are only available to you and project admins. Check the "Shared" box when saving a report to make it available to everyone on the project. Go to Project reports to learn more about this feature.
