When Items are established and linked between dRofus and IFC you can import and synchronize occurrences.
Before you import or synchronize occurrences you should be familiar with The use of IFC Guid's in the Occurrence configuration
To import or synchronize occurrences select the Item(s) you want to synchronize and go to BIM → Occurrences → Synchronize with model.
