You create can assign and delete item lists for rooms from the room window (ProjectItems from Item Lists for Rooms within the Rooms Module (Home->Rooms) as follows.

• Select the room Room for which you want would like to create an item list, Item List (or select several Rooms by holding down Ctrl or Shift).
• Then either:
  • Right-click and select "Item" then choose the
  link you need.
  • Item List you require.
  • From the top ribbon "Items" menu, you can select the link you want for items lists (connect a Room to Template/Derived/Unique or Delete):

• You can also connect a room Room to a template RDS and template item lists in one Template RDS as well as the same Template Item Lists with a single operation by selecting "Create all from room Apply template" from the right click menu. Select what you want to be created from the template and select which room template to connect to. In the dialogue window you can also chose to copy room name and programmed area from the room template to the rooms you have selected.top ribbon

• If you want to delete item listsItem Lists, follow the procedure above but choose select "Delete item listList" and this will re-set the Item List to "Not created".
• You can also copy an item list from one room to another by selecting '"Copy item list from room'.
